Plank Challenge


Today's the day - the last day of the May Plank Challenge! Today is a 3 minute plank. It's gonna be tough - but you can do it. Try listening to a 3-minute song while you do your plank - it does make it go faster. And if you made it through the whole challenge, congratulate yourself - it's amazing what you can do when you try.

May Plank Challenge


Today I'm announcing my May Plank Challenge!  This challenge is for everyone - no matter how busy you are, you can add a plank to your daily workout routine. Build from a 10 second plank to a 3 minute plank in just one month!  Planks are amazing for your upper body and core strength. If you're a beginner, you can do an "elbow plank" on your forearms, but I'm encouraging everyone to try this challenge with a full basic plank - on your hands with your arms extended and back straight.  You can do it!
