Today's the day - the last day of the May Plank Challenge! Today is a 3 minute plank. It's gonna be tough - but you can do it. Try listening to a 3-minute song while you do your plank - it does make it go faster. And if you made it through the whole challenge, congratulate yourself - it's amazing what you can do when you try.
