It's a new year, which means it's a new opportunity to be a healthier, stronger, leaner you. Whether you're a beginner or advanced, it's a great time to set some new fitness related goals, whether that's running a marathon or just getting moving. Do you want to lose weight? Get stronger? Even resolving to take a 30 minute walk everyday is a great first step to getting active. Do you have any fitness goals for the new year? December Naughty and Nice Challenge


Happy Holidays! For December, we're doing a Naughty and Nice Challenge at Lean Girls Fitness - some days will be tough, some days will be easy, and some days will be fun. This challenge doesn't get harder as the month goes on, so there's no excuse to stop the challenge if you miss a day or two. I know December is one of the busiest months for most of us, but try to take a few minutes everyday to    add in these moves to your normal exercise routine. Fitness is one of the best gifts you can give yourself - you'll look and feel better and be stronger and healthier. And choosing to be fit and healthy is a gift ONLY you can give yourself - even if you ask for a treadmill, gym membership, or a FitBit, only you can choose to get in better shape. So let's end 2018 the right way - by adding these basic moves into your routine. Even if it's cold outside, you can look hot for the holidays.
