This April, Lean Girls Fitness is hosting the Hop To It Challenge! This one is simple - just add ten jumping everyday to jump start your workout routine! Jumping jacks are a great total body cardio exercise. To do a jumping jack, stand with your legs together and your hands at your sides. As you jump, bring your legs out to the side and your hands straight up over your head. Do these as big as you can for maximum impact! As you move along in the challenge, feel free to break your jumping jacks up into sets - there's no need to do 200 at once. 🤣
