Today we're starting the May Plank Challenge at Lean Girls Fitness! This challenge is for everyone - no matter how busy you are, you can add a plank to your daily workout routine. Build from a 10 second plank to a 3 minute plank in just one month! Planks are amazing for your upper body and core strength. If you're a beginner, you can do an "elbow plank" on your forearms, but try this challenge with a full basic plank - on your hands with your arms extended and back straight. You can do it!
