November Planksgiving Challenge

Happy November! Hopefully, you aren't feeling too dead after Halloween because today we are starting the Lean Girls Fitness Planksgiving Challenge.  This challenge is for everyone - no matter how busy you are, you can add a plank to your daily workout routine. Build from a 10 second plank to a 5 minute plank in just one month!  Planks are amazing for your upper body and core strength. If you're a beginner, you can do an "elbow plank" on your forearms, but I'm encouraging everyone to try this challenge with a full basic plank - on your hands with your arms extended and back straight.  You can do it! You'll be amazed by how much strength you can build in a month.
