Today marks the halfway point in the May Plank Challenge at Lean Girls Fitness - a 90 second plank! Planks are amazing for your upper body and core strength. If you're a beginner, you can do an "elbow plank" on your forearms, but try this challenge with a full basic plank - on your hands with your arms extended and back straight. You can do it! We're building up to a 3 minute plank by the end of the month - just keep with it and you'll be there soon.
