June Crunch Challenge: Bicycle Crunches


Today we're starting our circuit of bicycle crunches - these target your upper abs, lower abs, and oblique muscles. Lie on you back with your legs at a 90ยบ angle and your hands behind your ears. Try to bring your elbow to your opposite knee while extending you other leg out straight.
